The Waterbase Limited was founded by Shri Vikram M. Thapar, erstwhile Chairman of KCT and a visionary leader who led and built diverse group of enterprises within the KCT fold.
His vision laid the foundation for a professionally managed organisation built on strong values, ethical governance, and a long-term commitment to sectoral development as well as principles that continue to guide TWL today.
